Saragreen Sdn. Bhd. was established in Malaysia in 1990 as a timber trading company. Over the decades, the Group has evolved into an integrated timber enterprise, expanding strategically across the forestry and manufacturing value chain.

In 2010, the Group extended its operations into Suriname, establishing forestry concessions to secure a sustainable and reliable supply of tropical hardwood through responsible logging practices. This upstream expansion strengthened supply chain control and reinforced the Group’s commitment to sustainable resource management.

Further enhancing its downstream capabilities, the Group acquired the Ensurai Sawmill in 2018, advancing its expertise in wood processing, manufacturing, and the production of high-quality sawn timber and moulding products.

In 2020, Western Paragon Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong to serve as the Group’s international marketing and distribution hub, supporting global outreach and strengthening relationships with key export markets.

Today, Saragreen operates a fully integrated timber business spanning Malaysia, Suriname, and Hong Kong. Its operations encompass sustainable forestry, logging, timber trading, wood processing, manufacturing, and international sales and distribution.

The Group supplies premium tropical hardwood products—including logs, sawn timber, and mouldings—to customers across Asia and global markets, while upholding strong principles of sustainable forest management and responsible business practices.
